Temporary Road Closure: Mangle Cave Hill, West Crewkerne

Please be aware that we have received notification of a temporary road closure at Mangle Cave Hill, West Crewkernefor approximately1276 metres, which will commence on 04th August 2026 and is expected to last until 06th August 2026 (between 09:30 to 15.30hrs). These works are for Kiely Bros to carry out phased prep works, surface dressing, application of Kiely Lock and associated works such as stud removal/renewal and lining works on behalf of Somerset Highways, their works reference is LG018SD001306-SD-02.

The road will be reopened when no works are taking place. Signage will be placed on site. There may be a need for additional closures at a later date and if so, a notification will be sent for these.
